aa) Usage data

W&L Internationale Golf Corporation will automatically store various general data and information about the accessing system ("usage data") on the servers of W&L Internationale Golf Corporation whenever a webpage of is pulled up. When registering for the Mercedes-Benz After Work Golf Cup, which is done on the website by using the "Register and win" button, the personal data you entered in the input section will be collected by W&L Internationale Golf Aktiengesellschaft, saved, and processed for the purpose of running the competition and the raffle. The processing of the aforementioned personal data is based on Article 6(1), points (b) and (f) of the GDPR.

If you provide the personal data mentioned during the registration process, this is done on an expressly voluntary basis. However, this provision of data is required so that you can register and participate in the Mercedes-Benz After Work Golf Cup and the competition/raffle. Without the provision of personal data, there will be no registration and therefore no participation in the Mercedes-Benz After Work Golf Cup and the competition/raffle.
